Eating disorders - the myths and facts and how YOU can help

Generally, eating disorders involve self-critical, negative thoughts and feelings about body weight and food, and eating habits that disrupt normal body function and daily activities. Whilst it is more common among girls, eating disorders also affects many boys.
 

More than 130.000 are today diagnosed with an eating disorder in sweden. These are hidden statistics. With more knowledge around this serious topic, I know we can all help to prevent eating disorders developing.
